Ad-Hoc Panel Services

We offer also ad-hoc customized access to our US online panel.  This is ideal when the client is looking to conduct a longer survey (i.e. more than 20 questions) with a sample of US online adults. Our client provides the survey content and we manage the survey programming, fielding, and generation of deliverables.  

Customization

Number of questions.  Typically ad-hoc projects involve more than 20 questions. 

Survey content.  We can accommodate all required routing and special formatting requests as needed (e.g. incorporation of visuals, creation of complex grid questions, etc.).

Scheduling.  We work with our clients to accommodate the scheduling required.   

Survey size and composition.  The specifications of sample will be worked out based upon client need.

Methods

Fielding start.  Fielding may begin within 24 hours after receiving signed-off questions, instructions, and any supplementary materials, if any. 

Data collection.  An online panel sub-sample is selected and an e-mail survey invitation with password protected link to the survey is sent to respondents.  Follow-up invitations to non-responders may also be administered if required. 

Turnaround / Time-in-field.  Fielding typically takes seven calendar days, from the time that survey questions are submitted as final and desired output is delivered to the client.  If required, this can also be condensed to four days. Fielding may also take place over a longer period of time if necessary. 

Deliverables

Tables.  We can provide data cross-tabulation tables of client questions by our standard demographic variables (age group, gender, region, education, household income).   We can also customize banner points to client specification.

Data.  We can also deliver annotated survey output in SPSS or Excel form if desired.

Statistics.  We can conduct significance testing if required with our tables output.  Additionally, we can conduct more detailed and sophisticated analysis of data if required.

Interpretation and Report Writing.  We also can deliver an impartial interpretive summary of results if desired.
